No. This membership is for folks who see themselves in the Sjögren's experience: fatigue, body pain, flares, dryness, and a "creative" immune system. Some members have a formal diagnosis, some are still in the evaluation stage, and some have related autoimmune conditions.
Is this safe if I have Sjögren's?
The movement program is designed for all abilities, with many seated, body weight strength, and beginner options. Research suggests that, when dosed correctly, resistance and gentle aerobic exercise can be beneficial without increasing disease activity. Always check with your own clinician.
What if I'm too tired to follow a full program?
You’ll have access to shorter (10‑minute), seated, and restorative options. The goal is not perfection; it’s having a compassionate, flexible plan so you can “do something” even on harder days.
Are you the one leading the workouts, Dr. Wada?
No. The workouts themselves are led through a separate physician‑run fitness platform designed for all abilities by Dr. Ali Novitsky. My role is to curate, contextualize, and support you as you use them while living with Sjögren’s.
Is this medical care?
No. Stronger With Sjögren’s™ is an education and support membership. It does not replace your personal medical care. If you choose to become an ICI patient, your membership gives you 10% off clinical visits plus discounts on labs and supplements.
No. Active Foundation Team, Foundation MD, and Executive Health members can opt into Stronger With Sjögren’s™ at no additional membership fee.
