To me, Thanksgiving is the time of year that has me thinking about nourishment in ALL of its forms. This year is different in so many ways and a great time to start new traditions.


Let’s start with nourishing our minds:

-Prioritize sleep

-Aim for a diet rich in veggies and omega 3s.

-Surround yourself with those who support you

-Detox from the drama and negativity as best you can.
