I am an Assistant Clinical Professor and Associate Fellowship Program Director of Allergy/Immunology at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. I graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed my Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency, Allergy/Immunology Fellowship and Medical Education Fellowship at the Ohio State University and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. I thrive on building meaningful connection and therapeutic relationships with my patients and inspiring future physicians to do the same.
One of my favorite roles the last 3 years has been working as a coach to a group of 8 medical students!
Building Balance grew out of an inability to help my patients in the office setting transition to a personalized anti-inflammatory lifestyle that transformed my life and health. I seek to empower my patients and coaching clients with a naturally-minded and scientifically-grounded approach to care. I speaks nationally on topics including medical education, allergic and immunologic conditions.
