Earth Day 2023

events & announcements Apr 23, 2023
Young plant sprouts growing progressively in fertile soil with a backdrop of sunlit greenery, symbolizing growth, Earth Day, or environmental conservation.

It’s Earth Day!!

How are you celebrating Mother Earth

We don’t have anything specific planned for today but over the past few years, we have been making changes- in many ways inspired by our children.

Slowly but surely, we have been making strides at decreasing our footprint and impact on the planet.

The great thing is that many times what is good for the planet is also good for our health.

My goal for this week is to recommit to decreasing our use of single-use plastics and work to use up what we have around the house before I head to the store to buy things.

Longer term, we are exploring installing solar panels. If anyone has any great resources— please pass them along!

If you want to get a jump start on simply and sustainably taking action, check out my new Free resource 25 Simple Swaps to help you go Non-toxic without the Non-sense.

If you find it helpful- consider sharing it with a friend.

Before you go, I would love an email back to hear your ideas so we can share them with our community and see our collective impact. Email us at [email protected]

P.S. If you are looking for companies that aren't just talking the talk but actually walking the walk- we have loved supporting Branch Basics cleaning products, Ahimsa dishes for our kids, and Beautycounter makeup and personal care products over the last few years.

P.P.S. This weekend Beautycounter has its yearly Friends & Family Sale and since we are both friends and family- you can save up to 25% on safer and sustainable makeup and personal care products!

Let me know if I can help with some personalized recommendations. I would be happy to help!

*If you choose to purchase after clicking a link, I may receive a commission at no extra cost to you that helps support the mission of Becoming Immune Confident and the Crunchy Allergist.
